​For this project I worked with a team of architects to design and draft Bonnecaze Residence.
Jairo and I provided interior solutions for tile, stone, and woodwork. Material choices were provided in the specification sheets. Custom shelving had to be designed specifically for the client’s lifestyle.​
​
​When designing the Kitchen we researched the specifications of the stove hood chosen. A custom housing was designed by myself and verified by Jairo (Shown In the Elevation drawings). A preliminary perspective illustrates material selection and Kitchen design.

Custom Fixture Design

Building plans are often shared with engineers and other design professionals. These documents help us to communicate our designs with the contractor, millworker, and landscape architect.
Building, fire, plumbing, and electrical code, along with government regulations are often dictated in the plans. Strict guidelines for the builder are included with the construction documents. Paint colors and material specifications ensure that the finished product will match the desired outcome.
